PostGreSQL .NET DateTime Usage

.NET EF Core 6 made a breaking change to how DateTime is stored in PostGreSQL.

 To enable the workaround, add this to the Configure method of your Startup.cs: 

 AppContext.SetSwitch("Npgsql.EnableLegacyTimestampBehavior", true);
